Is there a water supply for the lots?
La Morenita will have tanks and a supply network that will provide each lot with well water.
Do the lots have electricity supply?
A substation will be built to supply the entire neighborhood. The power will not have problems to meet the excess consumption during times of high demand. Each lot will have an individual meter.
What is the sanitation system like?
An essential part of La Morenita experience is enjoying nature, which is why we are strongly committed to caring for the ecosystem. It is for this reason that we opted for an individual treatment plant system.
This system allows for the cleaning of used water and wastewater, so that it can be safely returned to our environment. At the same time, it is a system with reduced energy costs, approximately $236/month (source: UTE tariff 1/2023), so over time the owners will also obtain an economic benefit.
Specifications for the construction of the plants will be provided to each owner.
What security system will be in place?
Although José Ignacio is a resort that does not have major problems in this regard, we want to save the community any possible inconvenience. To do this, we will have motion cameras, facial and license plate recognition, 24/7 monitoring, response in case of alarm activation, and mobile phones that will make periodic patrols.
